Made by Beswick for Royal Doulton Christmas Carol Tankards. These tankards were limited to 15,000 each. first issued in 1971 and last tankard issued in 1982.  I have four here out of the 12!
These tankards show a different scene from the Charles Dickens Christmas Carol with each ghost from the story and one of the carolers singing.  The dates shown in pictures are 1971, 1972, 1974, 1975.
Measurements are: height 5", base Diameter 4", made in England. These highly detailed relief tankards are painted very well  with no chips, cracks or repairs.
