This is a Kromex flour sprinkle container that I've been a proud owner of  for many years.  As my spouse has been diagnosed with diabetes,  my flour making days have decreased immensely. 
So now it's time to find this 'Lil guy a new home. I hope it goes to a home that will keep it active for many more years! 
This 5"x3" shaker does show its age with a few scratches and bumps.  But it's been lovingly taken care of for many years.  I personally adore the shiny band near the top of the shaker (see picture with me holding it), what an excellent detail, simple yet striking.
