Approximately 5" by 4" ironstone '1 piece' soap dish, made by Amerian China Company.  This soap dish is a single unit, with holes placed near the bottom for drainage. There are a couple of chipped and a few ding areas into the soap dish, a well as staining, which is very common for older pieces of ironstone. 
As Americans pined for English China,  American China Co. added the Coat of Arms onto the bottom of their wares, establishing a trust with American buyers.  'Warranted' was the first printed name under the  maker's mark. 
Toronto, Ohio, was the home for all products made until they closed their doors.
